When you choose to use a Pickup Station, you will receive notifications via Email, SMS, Inbox, and Push Notifications regarding the estimated delivery timeframe for your order. This method allows shoppers to collect their items at a time that suits them, instead of waiting for a delivery during a specific time frame.

How do I find the nearest Pickup Station to my location?

To select the nearest Pickup Station while placing your order, follow these simple steps:

1. Choose the Pickup Station option.
2. Click on “Change.”
3. Select your region and browse the nearby cities, then confirm the displayed pickup address.
4. Click “Select Pickup Station.”

What do I need to bring to the Pickup Station to collect my items?

To pick up your order, please bring an Identification Card along with the following order details:

• Order Number
• Tracking Number
• Item Name

Will I be notified when my order arrives?

Yes! You will receive an Email or SMS notification as soon as your order arrives at the Pickup Station.

How many days do I have to pick up my item?

You have a total of 5 business days to collect your item. If you do not pick it up within this timeframe, your order will be canceled.

Can I return an item at the Pickup Station?

Yes, if you wish to return an item, you can easily select the option to “drop it off at a Pickup Station” when creating your return request online.
