Delivery Information

How Can I Track My Delivery?

To check the delivery status of your order, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your 9javendor account.
  2. Click on the “My Account” button and select “ORDERS” from the dropdown menu.
  3. Find the order you’d like to check and click on the “See Details” button.
  4. On the order details page, you’ll see the delivery status under the “Order Information” section, which will indicate if the order has been shipped, is in transit, or has been delivered.
  5. If it shows “Shipped,” click on the “Track Package” button to view the tracking information.
  6. If you have any inquiries about your delivery status, feel free to contact our customer service team by clicking on the “Help” button at the top right of the page and selecting “Live Chat.”

Note: When you place an order, you’re provided with an estimated delivery timeline. The delivery agent will also call you on the day of delivery.

What If I Am Not Available to Receive My Delivery?

If you’re unavailable to receive your delivery, you have a few options:

  • Contact the delivery agent to reschedule for a more convenient time. (Please note that items can only be held for a limited time before the delivery is marked as failed.)
  • If you’re unable to reschedule, reach out to our customer service team through the “Help” button at the top right of the page and choose “Live Chat” from the dropdown menu.

Note: You cannot change the delivery address once an order is placed. We will make two attempts to deliver your package before canceling your order. You will be notified before the second attempt, so it’s essential to be available to avoid cancellation.

Can I Change My Delivery Address After Placing an Order?

Once your order is confirmed, you cannot modify the delivery address. Please ensure that you review and verify your delivery information, including the address and contact number, before placing your order on 9javendor. To ensure proper delivery, double-check your details at checkout.

If your delivery hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, you can:

  • Check your order information page in your 9javendor account for updates.
  • Keep an eye on notifications through email, push notifications, and the in-app inbox.
  • Contact the delivery agent using the information provided in your email when your package is “out for delivery.”
  • If you cannot reach the delivery agent or need further assistance, contact our customer service team via live chat.

What Happens If My Delivery Is Damaged Upon Arrival?

If you receive a damaged delivery, please contact our customer service team through Live Chat and provide details about the damage. Our representatives will assist you in resolving the situation and, if eligible, arrange for a refund. Be sure to inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damages immediately.

Should the Delivery Associate Ask Me for My Location?

Our delivery associate is equipped with your delivery address as provided during the order process. Therefore, they should not request additional information, including your location. However, if the address is incomplete or incorrect, they may contact you for clarification to avoid unsuccessful delivery attempts.

I Ordered Multiple Products but Only Received Some. Why?

Items from different vendors may be shipped separately to avoid delays in fulfilling your order. You will receive all your items within the delivery timeframe specified on the product pages. To check the status of your orders, simply:

  1. Log into your 9javendor account.
  2. Select ‘Account’ in the upper menu.
  3. Click on ‘Orders.’
  4. Find the item you want to track and click ‘See details.’
  5. Click on “Track Item” to view delivery details.

You will also receive delivery updates via email, push notifications, and through the app’s inbox, allowing you to easily track your order.

I Found My Package Open and the Seal Broken Upon Delivery. What Should I Do?

You should refuse the delivery of an open package, as we cannot ensure the product’s conformity. Please note that we cannot accept returns of unsealed products if you change your mind.

Can I Change My Delivery Method to Collect at a 9javendor Pick-Up Station?

Once an order is placed, the delivery method cannot be changed. We recommend that you verify all delivery details, including timelines and shipping fees, on the checkout page before finalizing your order.
